Day 1: Arrival & transfer to a hotel in Nairobi
Day one of this special Maasai Mara safari will be dedicated to you arriving at the airport and for the driver guide to pick you up. Drive from the airport to a hotel in Nairobi city where relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay will be had.
Day 2: Nairobi-Maasai Mara for big 5 & wildebeests
With an experienced driver guide in Kenya, set off for Masai Mara National Reserve in Narok County. The drive time to cover from Nairobi to the reserve is 5-6 hours and you will use a classic 4×4 car. Get to the Maasai Mara early and settle for lunch, relax then this will be followed by a guided game drive in the afternoon.
Day 3: Full day in the Maasai Mara –Kenya
Two game drives will be covered on day 2 of this 5 Days wildlife tour in the Maasai Mara. This comes with excellent views of wildlife including elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, bat-eared foxes, cheetahs, hyenas, zebras, impalas, jackals, and others. For visits made around July to September, there will be a chance to observe the wildebeest migration and other grazers as they cross to the Mara River to search for pasture & water.
Day 4: Another full-day excursion in Maasai Mara
Leave your safari lodge/camp for another expedition in the Masai Mara National Reserve. This comes with a clear view of more wildlife including early risers in the reserve’s sweeping plains. After, we proceed to the Maasai Village for a cultural walk with the lead of an experienced local resident guide. The Masai cultural walk offers an authentic African cultural experience and great entertainment.
Day 5: Back to Nairobi city
At leisure and comfort of the lodge, enjoy a delicious breakfast and after, return to Nairobi city. This concludes the 5 Days Maasai Mara NP safari in Kenya.
