Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival, fly to Masai Mara National Reserve, and game drive
You will be picked up from the airport on arrival or from any agreed place in Nairobi, like a hotel. The driver-guide will take you to Wilson Airport for your flight to Masai Mara.
When you arrive in Mara, your guide will give you a briefing about this amazing place that hosts the wildebeest migration.
You will then start an evening game drive, giving you a chance to see many animals and the quiet beauty of the reserve. The drive will last about 2 hours.
Day 2: Full-day game drive
Wake up early around 6:15 am for a full-day game drive. Your driver-guide will pack a lunch for you to enjoy in the bush. Animals are usually active in the early morning and late evening, so you will have a morning game drive, a break for lunch, and then an evening game drive.
If you visit during the migration season, you will see the great wildebeest migration. You may spot giraffes, lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, hippos, and many more. The open plains are great for taking photos.
Day 3: Fly back to Nairobi, city tour, and departure
