After checking your trekking permit, you will be assigned to a group of 8 trekkers and head into the forest.
Along the way, you may encounter other species such as colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, and vervet monkeys. Upon locating the gorilla family, spend an hour observing their behaviors and interactions.
After the gorilla trek, return to the lodge for lunch before embarking on a cultural tour with the Batwa pygmies. Discover their traditional herbal medicines, hunting techniques, and much more.
