Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast at your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe, begin the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to Uganda’s mountain gorillas. The road trip takes you through local towns and farmlands before reaching your lodge near the park for dinner and rest.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

After breakfast, go to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your gorilla trekking adventure. You will walk with guides to find a gorilla family and spend one hour watching them. This experience offers a close view of gorillas in their natural habitat. Return to your lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi & Sunset Boat Trip

After breakfast, drive to Lake Bunyonyi, also called the “Place of Many Little Birds.” The lake is surrounded by green hills and small islands. In the evening, enjoy a calm sunset boat cruise before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Flight to Masai Mara, Kenya

After breakfast, fly from Bwindi to Entebbe and connect to a flight to Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. On arrival, your guide will meet and welcome you.

If you land in Nairobi, you will drive for about 4 to 6 hours to reach Masai Mara. Stop for photos at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint and have lunch on the way. Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon for dinner and rest.

Day 5: Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara

Spend the day exploring Masai Mara National Reserve on a full-day game drive. Look for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, and wildebeests. You may also see birds such as ostriches and flamingos.

Enjoy a picnic lunch near the Masai River, where you might see hippos and crocodiles. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Departure
