Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Your safari begins with a morning pickup from your hotel after breakfast. Drive toward Masindi, where Murchison Falls National Park is located.

Stop at Kafu for local snacks like roasted meat, gonja (plantain), or cassava before continuing to the park.

Visit the top of Murchison Falls for a beautiful view of the Nile squeezing through a narrow gorge before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Game Drive & Boat Cruise

After an early breakfast, go for a morning game drive across the savannah plains. You may see elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, lions, and leopards.

If you visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, you can complete sightings of all the Big Five animals.

Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise to the base of the falls, where you will spot crocodiles, hippos, and many birds.

Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast, depart for Kibale Forest National Park, stopping for lunch in Fort Portal.

Upon arrival, take a guided walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for primates and birds.

Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, begin your chimpanzee trekking adventure in Kibale Forest. You may also see other primates such as colobus and red-tailed monkeys, along with several bird species.

After lunch, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving in the evening. Enjoy a short evening game drive before heading to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 5: Nature Walk & Boat Safari

After breakfast, go for a nature walk in Maramagambo Forest, where you can see birds, primates, and python caves.

After lunch, take a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lakes George and Edward. Look out for crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, and birds.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast, travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the Ishasha sector, known for its rare tree-climbing lions.

Stop for lunch at Ishasha Wilderness Camp, then continue to Bwindi.

Arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Gorilla Tracking & Batwa Community Walk

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing at 7:30 am.

Join your ranger guide for gorilla trekking, which can take 2–8 hours depending on where the gorillas are located. Once found, spend an hour observing and taking photos.

Return to your lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Batwa community for cultural dances and storytelling, and learn about their traditional forest life.

Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 8: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s smallest savannah park.

Stop for lunch en route, then enjoy an afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo, where you may see crocodiles, hippos, and impalas.

Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 9: Morning Game Drive & Transfer to Kampala

Start your day with a morning game drive to see zebras, impalas, buffaloes, and other wildlife grazing on the plains.

After the game drive, return to your lodge for lunch and then drive back to Kampala.

Stop at Igongo Cultural Center for a short cultural visit and lunch, and at the Uganda Equator for photos and souvenirs.

Arrive in Kampala in the evening for dinner and rest.

Day 10: Visit Uganda Wildlife Education Center & Departure

On your final day, visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Center (UWEC) in Entebbe to see animals and birds in a semi-natural environment.

If you have an early flight, you will be transferred directly to the airport for departure.

You can also choose to extend your trip for two extra days in Jinja, where you can go white water rafting, kayaking, bungee jumping, or quad biking.
