Day 1: Fly from Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park – Afternoon Game Drive

After arriving in Dar es Salaam, meet your tour guide who will assist you with the flight arrangements to Nyerere National Park.

On arrival, you will be picked up at the airstrip and transferred to your lodge for check-in and relaxation. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings as you watch animals like warthogs, elephants, and buffaloes that often roam near the lodge.

After lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive in the park. Expect to see a variety of wildlife, including the Big Five, waterbucks, elands, zebras, giraffes, genets, and warthogs. Bird lovers will also enjoy spotting many species, including colorful woodland and savanna birds.

You will also admire the park’s natural scenery, filled with acacia trees, fig trees, and wide savanna grasslands. Later, return to your lodge at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive & Deep-Sea Fishing in Nyerere National Park

Start your day with breakfast at sunrise before heading out for a morning game drive through the park. This is the best time to see active animals and enjoy the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.
