Detailed 10-Day Tanzania Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Drive to Arusha
When you arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport for your 10-Day Tanzania Safari, you will be picked up by a professional driver guide and transferred to a hotel in Arusha for relaxation and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Lake Manyara NP & Afternoon Game Drive
Enjoy a delicious breakfast and then leave for Lake Manyara National Park, home to unique tree-climbing lions.
Arrive early for lunch and later embark on a game viewing tour through the park.
Expect to see buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, tree-climbing lions, and many antelope families.
You will be driven back to the accommodation for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Game Drive & Drive to Serengeti
After a hearty breakfast early in the morning, you will embark on a game drive to see more wildlife in Lake Manyara National Park.
Spot different animals and birds before exiting the park for Serengeti, the home to the endless plains.
Day 4: Full Day Serengeti Game Viewing
After breakfast on this fourth day of your 10-Day Tanzania Safari, set off for a game drive, which incorporates observing the wildebeest migration.

After the evening game drive, retreat for dinner and an overnight stay at the accommodation.
Day 9: Enjoy Another Game Viewing in Tarangire N. Park
Go game viewing through Tarangire National Park for the second time.

Return and have a long evening relaxing at the lodge around Tarangire National Park.
Day 10: Drive Back to Arusha

Leave Tarangire for Arusha, which takes about 3 to 4 hours, and get dropped at the lodge or airport for your departure back home.
