Day 1: Transfer to Jozani Forest for a primate tour

Meet an experienced guide for a briefing about this special primate trekking expedition in Jozani Forest, the only lush Park on Zanzibar Island. This forest park measures 50sq.km but endowed with unique attractions. Leave the hotel for a guided mangrove swamp walk in the afternoon. The mangrove forest is home to many lizards, birds, and snakes. After the afternoon guided walk through the forest, return for relaxation in the pre-booked accommodation.

Day 2: Nature walk & departure

Have a delicious breakfast, after, set off for a guided primate trekking through Jozani Forest. Expect to encounter the diversity of primates and other wildlife, including the red colobus monkeys, bush babies, as well as birds such as Zanzibar red bishops, somber greenbul, little greenbul, Ploceus bicolor, black-bellied starling, Nectarine olivace grant, black-winged bishop and many others.

Return from Jozani Forest walk and enjoy a delicious lunch at the luxurious lodge. You will check out after having some relaxation, refreshment, and transfer to Abeid Amani Airport where your departure flight will set off.
