Things to do

Gorilla trekking: For most visitors to The Crested Crane Bwindi, Gorilla trekking is the number one activity and if sleeping at the crested crane you can trek gorillas from the Ruhija or Buhoma sector of Bwindi impenetrable forest national park.

Bird watching: Bwindi impenetrable forest national park is a birders paradise for Uganda birding safaris with over 300 species of birds recorded, 23 of which are Albertine endemics.

As the lodge derives its name from the Grey-crowned crested crane, you will spot crested cranes just at its premises.
